Kathryn Bigelow won the Academy Award Best Director for The Hurt Locker in 2009.
The Hurt Locker is a thrilling and breath-taking movie about bomb-squad soldiers whose mission is to protect and save people in the road-side of Baghdad to make it a safe place for both Americans and Iraqis. The movie was made like you experience the thrill of being in a war-zone where error of defusing bombs margin is zero.
If I’m not mistaken, I clapped my hands after the movie is finished.

I just hope and wish that there’s no war at all because it would affect us all. Anyway, this seems like a true story movie. Mine is up for TCP. Hope you can visit me too thanks
the story is fictional but it’s based on true events happening in the war-zone. very great direction
